Apostle Teresa Saunders was born August 3, 1953 to Deacon Charles Eugene and Pastor Joanne Saunders in Orange, New Jersey. After her parents’ divorce, she was raised by her mother and stepfather Apostle Walter A. King, Sr., whom she lovingly called Daddy.
Saunders was educated in the Essex County School System until by the leading of the Lord, her family relocated to Houston, Texas. Remarkably noted, Teresa was ordained at the age of 11 as a minister of the gospel. While in Texas, Saunders continued her education, both natural and spiritual, and submitted to the leadership of the late Bishop Falls alongside her parents.

Saunders continued her ministry as an evangelist, traveling with her mother throughout the United States, Mexico and Africa. She founded Miracle House of Deliverance in Houston, Texas, Christian Outreach 2 in Morrison, New Jersey and Love on the Move in Dover, New Jersey.
Saunders has faithfully served the Lord and other ministries for more than 50 years and is best known for her ministry of prayer and deliverance. During which time she served as Chaplain for The National Federation For The Blind. She was duly consecrated as Bishop and was an affirmed Apostle. She is preceded in transition by her mother Joanne, fathers Charles Eugene and Walter King, Sr; four children Margarita, Yolanda, Irena and Priscilla Faith; and one sister, Margo King.
