Shellie Renee Newcomer

Shellie Renee was preceded in death by her fathers Rickey Newcomer and William Ed DeLeon, her brother Mark Anthony Henry, her son Braxton Bata, and her Daughter Gia Bella Bata.

She is survived by her mother Patricia DeLeon Barnett, her mom Betty Newcomer, her son Jaden Lee Bata, her brother Shannon Lee Newcomer, and her sister Terry Herrera, as well as her sister Glenda and her husband Robby Stidham.

She is also survived by her aunts and uncles Darrell and Frankie Newcomer, Lane Holloway, and Diane Hignett Dwyer.

Shellie Renee's beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews include Stephen, Stephanie, Michele, Curtis, Sydny, and Bradyn Newcomer, Carlie and Mara Henry, Keith and Katie Beth Sauls, Mia, Ava, and Lea Herrera.

"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Psalm 23.

A celebration of life for Shellie will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home - Champion, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77068. A funeral service will occur from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77068. A committal service will occur Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Rosewood Memorial Park, 2602 South Houston Ave, Humble, TX 77396.
