Sheila loved her family most of all and had a 20-plus year crush on Kevin Sorbo who starred in her all-time favorite TV show, Hercules. She was a savant at answering entertainment questions in Trivial Pursuit. Her capacity to recall people, events, movies and shows was unmatched. In her later years, that skill carried over as Sheila began documenting our family gatherings with her mini Polaroid camera. You could pull one photo out of hundreds and Sheila could tell you the reason we were all together, the date and details of the day.
Sheila had a cut-to-the-chase sense of humor, which kept us laughing. And we will always remember her deep love for spending time with us. She wasn’t the loudest voice in the room, but spoke with purpose and precision, provoking us to be better.
Sheila is survived by her twin sister Shirley, sisters Karen and Patricia and her partner Marc as well as her five brothers, Kevin, Patrick and wife Shari, Kenneth and wife Marla, Steven, Joseph and wife Virginia. Sheila was also beloved by her 14 nieces and nephews: Courtney, Mary Katherine, Mackenzie, Caroline, Alec, Jacob, Emily, Lucas, Jillian, Anthony, Tristan, Blake, Olivia and Elena.
