Sarah Lee Thorn, age 91, passed away Monday, February 13, 2017. Born in Welsh, Louisiana, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by husband, John C. Thorn; son, William Lynn Jones; and several siblings. Survived by daughter, Karen L. Rasberry; grandchildren, Niki D. Unger and husband Jonathan, Dennis G. Rasberry II “Denny”, Zachary H. Rasberry “Zach”, William Lynn Jones, Jr. "Bill", and Casey Jones; great grandchildren, Taylor N. Unger and Seth Jones; numerous nieces and nephews; ex-son-in-law, Dennis Rasberry; and ex-daughter-in-law, Lauren Jones. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2017 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
