Mrs. Jackson was not just a mother, a wife, a friend, or a neighbor. She was all of those things and so much more. She was a pillar of strength, a source of comfort, and a beacon of love.
Mrs. Jackson was like a second mom. She welcomed us into her home with open arms and a warm smile. No matter what time it was, she was always there for us. I remember countless times when we would call her in the middle of the night, and she would answer with such patience and understanding. She never made us feel like we were a burden.
She truly was a woman of immense kindness and generosity. She had a way of making us feel like we were the most important people in the world. She has left a lasting impact on our lives, and her memory will live on in our hearts forever.

To Bubba, Michelle, & Britney,
I cannot even begin to imagine the pain and sorrow you are feeling right now. Please know that you are not alone. We are all here for you, and we will continue to be here for you in the days and weeks to come.
Mrs. Jackson, you were more than just a friend or a mother figure to us growing up. You were a shining light in our lives, and we will miss you dearly. May your soul rest in peace, and may your memory be a blessing to us all.

Sammie was a 2nd mother to me since Michele and I were 13 yrs. old and we had a lot of great memories that were filled with lots of laughter and raising hell times🤣. I will definitely miss her. To the Jackson and Burkhalter family - please accept my condolences. 💕

Such a giving Lady who wanted to make sure everyone has something to eat ...she was so humorous with stories and could be so expressive in detail..Carolyn as I called her had a sweet loving child like inner self ..she expressed her love of Christ in all her conversations.she wrote a beautiful song and had wanted to get it recorded but not sure if it happened .Brian ..Bryan .. So sorry to hear of her passing. No doubt she is with Jesus whom she loved so very much. I will miss her laughter and our friendship. Carolyn never lost her childlike innocence, had great empathy for others, loved little animals, the elderly, children and Mickey Mouse. She enjoyed feeding her cats and watching them play. If was nothing for her to converse for hours, she was a talker. Carolyn always thought of others and enjoyed sending food to the priests or relatives. Her wish was to alleviate pain of others and I recall she would  ask  God to take a little of the pain and give it to her , to spare others from suffering. There are few people I have met who were as altruistic and she was. She had a welcoming crew in heaven of Robbie, her momma , her sister Mary Jo, Uncle Jo Jo, her Daddy  and many more. Her children and granddaughter were her pride and joy and she could recite experiences from their childhood with laughter.  God welcomed home an angel and took away her discomfort. My heart goes out to those who loved her Prayers for you all. I will miss you my friend.  Liz Allison
