Ruby D. Hill

Ruby Doreen Hill, 88, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2013 in Pasadena, Texas. She was born to Philip E. & Ruby Ethel (Gray) Campbell in Parks, Tx. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Philip (Bub) Campbell, Jimmy Dale Campbell; granddaughters; Desiree Long, Andrea Ckodre, son-in-law Ronnie Ckodre, grandson (in law), Darrell Davis.

She is survived by daughters; Cheryl (Jim) Cherry, Linda (Ron) Caraglio, Donna (James) Carver; inlaws, Kay Campbell, Ruby (Don) Davis; Grandchildren, Rhonda Ckodre , Jamey (Amy) Cherry, Chandra Davis, David (Mary) Cherry and Ronnie Ckodre, Jr.; Great grandchildren, Ashley Salazar, Heather Hodge, Alisha Davis, Desiree Fontenot, Aubrey, Maisie & Tucker Cherry; Great grandchild, Matthew Salazar; nieces, nephews and a very good friend and caretaker, Desiree Logan, whom she considered her daughter.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 from 10:30 am to 11:00 am at the Advantage Howard Glendale Chapel, 1015 Federal Rd. Houston, Texas 77015. A chapel service will follw at 11:00 am. with pastor Bobby Powell to officate the services. Interment will be held at San Jacinto Cemetery immediately following the service.
