Ruben Raymond Castro

Ruben attended Charles H. Milby High School and spent most of his life perfecting his skills as a tile setter by working in homes, veterinarian hospitals, malls and large office buildings throughout the Houston area. He is preceded in death by his father Ruben T Castro and his daughter Petra Castro Williams. His proudest moments were the births of his four beautiful daughters, nine wonderful grandchildren and amazing grandson.

Ruben enjoyed fishing with his cousin Eric Tellez and other friends and family who were willing to go with him, He loved working on cars as much as breaking them. He spent time hanging out with friends and family and was know to start up a bonfire to get some meat on the grill-even if it was only for two hotdogs. He touched our lives in many different ways and he will be remembered most as a fun, loving, carefree and most of all crazy who loved to party.

Ruben is survived by his beautiful mother, Elvira Almaraz Castro; brothers Richard (Elizabeth) and Ralph (Cristina); daughters Tina Castro Brown (Harold), Vanessa Ann Castro, Angela Teresa Castro. He had nine grandchildren and one great grandson

Ruben’s desire was to be cremated and his ashes will be buried at a future date.
