Rosie is survived by her son Nick Cedillo (Blanca Cedillo); her son Lawrence Cedillo (Irma Cedillo); her son Henry Cedillo (Bertha Cedillo); her son Edward Cedillo; and her daughter Monica Cedillo-Cortinas (Abie Cortinas); her grandchild Nick Jason Cedillo, her grandchild Jaime McCarthy (Brian), her grandchild Lawrence Cedillo (Victoria), her grandchild Michael Cedillo (Sarabeth), her grandchild Christopher Cedillo (Jenna), her grandchild Dolly Cubillos (Diego), her grandchild Lila Garcia (John), her grandchild James Cortinas (Helen), her grandchild Steven Cortinas, her grandchild Johnathan Cedillo, her grandchild Alexander Cedillo, her great grandchild Noah, her great grandchild Caitlyn, her great grandchild Lucas, her great grandchild Pierce, her great grandchild Holt, her great grandchild Matthew, her great grandchild Mia, her great grandchild Callen, her great grandchild Steve, her great grandchild Isabella, her great grandchild Colt, her great grandchild Nathaniel, her great grandchild Mara, her great grandchild Ethan, her great grandchild Andrew and her great grandchild Wyatt.

A celebration of life will occur Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
