Roberta “Alice” Powell entered into eternal rest on May 23, 2014. Roberta was born on December 11, 1937 in Houston, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph & Elizabeth Patton; and Mr. Jack Powell. She is surived by daughter Judi Powell; sisters Earlette McMinn, Liz Rattican and Anne Patton; uncle, Vincent Patton; and grandchildren Cameron Johnson and Allyson Johnson. A funeral service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Chapel of the Angels and Friday, May 30th, 2014, at 10:00am. Interment will follow in the Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
