Little did we know on 9/16/1967 what a special addition our family received. Robert was the best, happiest baby from day one. Robert loved all music, the Astros and Christmas, Scooby Doo, Hee Haw, and the Dukes Of Hazards. He made everyone so happy just by his happiness. He loved the beach, hamburgers, pizza and tortillas. He continued to be the happiest person he could be. Through all the circumstances he was dealt, he never complained, especially these last few years. He made us realize how blessed we are with whatever situation we had to overcome. Fly high brother, you earned it. Until we meet again, you'll forever be in our hearts.

Robert was preceded in death by our father Robert Rendon, Sr., Grandparents Modesto and Guadalupe Robles and Daniel and Lorenza Rendon.

Robert is survived by his Mother, Josephine Robles Vasquez, Sisters, Donna Rendon, Michelle Hunter husband Robert Wesley Hunter, Brother, Joseph F. Rendon, wife Veronica, Nieces, Stephanie Chavez, Brandi Guidry, Hailey Rendon and Hannah Rendon. Nephews, Christopher Chavez and Robert Wesley Hunter, Jr., Great-nieces, Stella Escobar and Dailyn Guidry and Great-nephew Draden Guidry.

A visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A Rosary Service will be recited Thursday evening at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo Navigation. A visitation will be held also Friday, November 17, 2023 from 8:30 am to 11 am at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo Navigation with a committal service following at Houston National Cemetery at 1 pm.
