Richard Louis Stone

Richard Louis Sicola Stone passed away on May 20th, 2021 at the age of 47. Richard was born in Houston, Texas to Mary Sicola Stone and Virgil R. Stone. He met his wife April, at Humble High School. Together, they had one daughter Bryanna, and their two dogs, Bonnie and Clyde.

After graduating with his bachelor's and master's degree from Sam Houston State University, Richard worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He later shifted focus to loss prevention at Target before building his business, TKO Nutrition, from the ground up. Richard had a loyal customer base at TKO and viewed his customers as family.

Richard is survived by his mother Mary and partner Jesse, father Virgil, brother Jeremy Stone and his wife Jade, sister Katelynn Stone, brother Louis Sicola and his wife Barbie, Grandmother Gloria Sicola, wife April Stone, daughter Bryanna Stone Canino and her husband Billy, and countless loving family and friends.

Richard’s celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, Texas 77023. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Grand Chapel, followed by Chapel services at 1:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Richard’s name be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, a cause to which Richard devoted much time, energy, and love.
