Richard Silva

Born on September 1st, 1956, Richard Silva passed away in his home in Houston, TX with his wife Veronica of 40 years by his side on March 15th, 2022. He is survived by his wife, his children Eric and Roxann, his siblings Larry, Jerry, Rey, Cynthia, Debbie, Blanca, & Christina, his grandchildren Juan, Toni, Antonio, Erynn, Cole, Milo, Ezquiel and great-grandson Ace. He is preceded in death by his parents Anita and Lawrence Silva. Ricky enjoyed fishing, yard work, BBQing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was best known for his contagious laugh and smile, great conversation, and his smoked brisket and ribs. He had cardiovascular disease which was the cause of his death. His family would like to thank the first responders for doing all they could. He will be greatly missed by anyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.

A visitation for Richard will be held Monday, March 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A reception will occur Monday, March 28, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 28, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
