Just learned of Joe’s passing.  Such a kind and thoughtful man and neighbor.  Love to you Loretta.  Joe was kind to stay in touch after mom passed away and I’ll always be thankful.  Wonderful memories!

I want to offer my sincere condolences to you all for the loss of your husband, father, grandfather & brother. He was an amazing person. He will always have a special place in my heart. He always had a smile on his face and a story to tell.  He was the type of person that if he thought about you, he would pick up the phone and call you. I received a few calls from him like that. As a matter of fact the last time I talked to him was August 18 of last year on my birthday. When I answered his call, he and Aunt Loretta sang happy birthday to me. That was memorable. 😊 We had a nice talk for a few minutes and hung up. I’m sad to say, but that will be the last memory I’ll have of him.  I sorry I didn’t make the effort to go see him. He will truly be missed by all. May he rest in peace. You all take care. All my love to the family.

Joe Canales in many ways was the Exceptional & Exemplary Spring Shadows Resident.  
Shortly after moving to Spring Shadows, Joe became involved in the Spring Shadows Civic Association and served in numerous positions on multiple SSCA Committees.  Joe Happily Served Where Joe Was Needed.
Joe was a Positive Person who Never Met A Stranger Or Encountered A Situation He Couldn’t Resolve with a Positive Outcome for All!  
Joe was A Rare, Fun Loving, One Of A Kind Person, This World would be a much better place if there were more people like Joe Canales!

Rest In Peace Joe Canales.

Joe was a special friend to me. I know many others feel the same way because of his true love for each of us. Joe was a hard and dedicated worker for the Teamsters, who he was proud to have been a member, and many other organizations or groups.  He always seemed to have become the leader of these groups. 
I remember Joe best, not for work, but for play. Our fishing trips and other gatherings would not have been as much fun without him. You will be missed by Lorette, Raymond, Ali ,AJ , Andy and all of us. 

He was a man that knew the Teamsters Car Hauler contract book remarkably well. My prayers and condolences to the Canales family. 

I met MR Canales in 1975. He always Led me through thick and thin situations. He will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the Canales Family. And all the Teamsters that knew him as a friend.

God be with you in your next travels. We at the Retiree's Club will miss your dedication and

I’m so very sorry to learn of Joe’s passing. He was a great friend to so many people. Joe held a very special place in the hearts of not just my family but the Arcos & Hernandez families as well. May Joe Rest In Peace for all eternity. So long, Joe.
