Randall D. Martin

Randall Dean Martin of Houston, Texas passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 after a long battle against cancer. Born in Pasadena, Texas on March 5, 1947. Randy is survived by his parents, Lois Martin and Herbert Martin, sons, Kevin and wife Serena Martin and Kyle Martin, grandchildren, Macy, Tyler, Jake, Emily Ann and Caroline, sister, Jeannine Thomas, numerous nieces and nephews, and long time friend Barbara Farrow. He was a proud Vietnam veteran in the United States Marine Corps 1967-1969. He enjoyed golfing, watching nascar, playing the guitar, attending his sons and grandchildren sporting events, watching football with his boys and helping numerous people in their time of need. Pallbearers, Phillip King, Justin King, Kohlman Hollister, Shane Thomas, Mike Cavalier and Josh Miller. Honorary Pallbearers, Donnie Jackson and Ralph Miller. He will always be remembered as a loving father, husband, son, grandfather and friend. Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday, March 28, 2011 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 3:00 PM in the chapel at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Interment at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
