Ramona Flores

Ramona Rivera Flores, 63, of Houston, Texas passed away on June 25, 2023. She was born on August 31, 1959 in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, the daughter of Basilio Rivera Rojas and Maria Casimira Ortiz Espinosa.

Ramona is survived by her spouse, Humberto Flores Villasana; her daughters, Ana Guerrero and husband Joshua Guerrero, Maria Castillo and husband Edelmiro Castillo Jr., and Veronica Flores; grandchildren, Brianna Guerrero, Marina Guerrero, Christian Castillo, Joshua Guerrero Jr., Joanna Guerrero, Dominic Castillo, Joseph Guerrero, Jason Guerrero, Camila Flores, Emilia Flores, and Carlos Davila; great-grandson, Elijah Guerrero; siblings, Sabina Rivera, Virginia Rivera, Teodoro Rivera, Antonio Rivera, Maria Isabelle Eguia, and Luis A. Rivera.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Basilio Rivera Rojas and Maria Casimira Ortiz Espinosa; and siblings, Asuncion Rivera and Marcelina Rodriguez.

There will be a visitation on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 4-8pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Pat H. Foley & Company. A Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 11 am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran St. Houston, TX 77009. Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery, 3506 N. Main St, Houston, TX 77009.
