She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, and husband, Richard Gil.
Peggy is survived by her children, Mark Ferraro and Vickie Mueller (husband Greg); grandchildren, Sara Records (husband Daniel) and Emily Walling (husband Josh); and great granddaughter, Elizabeth Records.

A visitation for Peggy will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, Texas 77039.
