She is preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, B.J. Devers; parents, Richard and Odette Major; siblings, Lenora Hilborn, Allen Major, Dudley Major and Ruick Major.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Denise Peace, Greg Devers and wife Janice, Michelle Kirkby and husband Todd; grandchildren, J.O. Peace, Max, Macie, Mitch Kirkby, Casey Devers and wife Caitlin; great-grandchildren, Bradyn Peace, Alyssa Peace and Casen Devers.
The family will receive friends, 3-5pm, with a rosary at 4:30pm, on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30am on Monday, December 7, 2015 at Mary Queen Catholic Church, 606 Cedarwood Dr., Friendswood, TX, 77546.
Interment to immediately follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
