Norma N. Ruiz, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018.
Norma was born February 1, 1929 in McAllen, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arturo Ruiz; children, Maria Elena Ruiz, Rodolfo Ruiz and Rosalinda Loera; her parents, Luis and Rita (Gonzales) Nunez. She is survived by and will be deeply missed by her children, Mary Alice Meave, Rose Pelzer and Norma Nava. Also left to cherish her memory are 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
