She was born in Pesqueria, Nuevo Leon Mexico to the late Bernardo Lozano and the late Celia Guerra Lozano and was the oldest of 4 children. In February 1957, she married the late Alfonso G. Moreno in Monterrey, N. Leon Mexico, and their honeymoon brought them to Houston, Texas where they established their life and started a family.
She is survived by her 2 children; daughter, Janie Moreno, and her son, Anthony Moreno and his wife Irma Moreno of Austin, Texas, as well as 2 sisters, Evelia Lozano Trevino and Maria del Roble Lozano Lizarraga of Mexico, nieces and nephews of Mexico, and was the proud Grandmother of 7 grandchildren; Monica, Britt, Kristen, Jonathan, Taylor, Maritza, and Blake, and the Great-Grandmother of Donivyn, Layla and Shayne. Ninfa will be remembered as a loving Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother by her family and friends.

Ella nacio en Pesqueria, Nuevo Leon Mexico a los difuntos Bernardo Lozano y Celia Guerra Lozano y fue la mayor de 4 hijos. En Febrero 1957, se caso con el difunto Alfonso G. Moreno en Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico, y su luna de miel los trajo a Houston, Texas donde ellos se establecieron y tuvieron su familia.
A ella le sobreviven sus 2 hijos; hija, Janie Moreno, y su hijo, Anthony Moreno y su esposa, Irma Moreno de Austin, Texas, sus 2 hermanas: Evelia Lozano de Trevino y Maria del Roble Lozano de Lizarraga de Mexico, sobrinos y sobrinas de Mexico, y era la orgullosa Abuela de 7 nietos: Monica, Brit, Kristen, Jonathan, Taylor, Maritza y Blake, y la Tatara Abuela de Donivyn, Layla y Shayne.
Ninfa se recordara como una Madre, Hermana, Tia, Abuela, Tatara Abuela cariñosa por su familia y amistades.
