Mildred Adele Wolcott, born March 25, 1929 to Elmer and Edna Edwards in Houston, Texas, passed away March 13, 2013 in Houston. Mildred was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Wolcott, and by her parents and several brothers.
She is survived by daughters, Darla Gould, Doris Allen and husband, John, and Joyce Lowry and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Meredith Wells and husband, Carl, Meghan Gould, Joanna Grovenstein and husband, Rob, Matthew and Kevin Allen, Courteney Miller and husband, Chris, and Blake Lowry and wife, Leah; brother, Royce Edwards and wife, Shirley; six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2013 at Heights Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013 in the Chapel of Heights Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Garden of Memories, Houston, Texas.
