She was born in Edinburg, Texas on October 6, 1929 to Edward and Flavia Dougherty.
She was married to Robert George Stevenson for thirty-two years.
Mildred worked in a career as a Pharmacist for Family Pharmacy, Amex Pharmacy along with several others.
Mildred had a passion for sports, reading, and being a team player for the Astros and the Oilers converting to the Texans.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert George Stevenson, father, mother, sisters and various cousins.
She is survived by LeeAnn Stevenson Magness, James Douglas Magness, Robert George Stevenson Jr., Lisa Stevenson, Bruce Edward Stevenson, Vicki Steffen Stevenson; Granddaughters, Lauren Stevenson Howell (husband Matthew Howell), Megan Renee Stevenson and Nicole Renee Stevenson.
