Michael Lynn Weeden was born to parents Howard and Johnnie V. Weeden on November 15, 1952 in Houston, Texas. Michael would go on to live all of his life in and around the Houston area. He worked for the Diamond Shamrock – Total Chemical in the petrochemical industry for 40 years rising to the position of supervisor.
Michael was the father of two sons, Jason and Jeff Weeden. His love for his sons was often combined with his love of hunting. While returning home from a hunting trip, his oldest son, Jason, was tragically killed in a car accident. Along with hunting, Michael enjoyed fishing and cooking BBQ.
Michael was a lifetime member of both the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the American Quarter Horse Association.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Johnnie V. Weeden, brother, Ronnie Weeden and son, Michael Jason Weeden.
Michael is survived by his son, Jeff Weeden of Savannah, Georgia; four grandchildren, Emily Weeden, Kaitlyn Weeden, Gage Weeden and Hannah Weeden; one brother, H.J. Weeden of Huntsville; one sister, Sharon Weeden McLean of Montgomery; one aunt, Rae Vaughn Ryne of Kingwood as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Michael Lynn Weeden passed from this life on December 20, 2019.
