Mary Nell Rider passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at the age of 91. She was in Patmos, Arkansas where she met and married Robert Ross Rider who preceded her in death in 1985.
For 25 years she worked at Southwestern Drug Corporation. Mary was a long time member of Reid Memorial United Methodist Church and later St. Matthews United Methodist Church. She loved entertaining, cooking, gardening, playing 42 and having her family around.
Left to remember her love and all that she taught them are two sons and their wives; Larry Blake Rider and wife Martha, Robert Lee Rider (Bob) and his wife Kempa and one grandson, Jason Rider and his wife DeShanna. Jason and DeShanna blessed her with 3 beautiful great grandchildren; Peyton, Kylee and Tristan Rider. She was also the step Grandmother to two children and 5 step great grandchildren. Her brother, Ray Camp, and his wife, Shirley of Las Cruces, New Mexico plus several nieces and nephews are left to cherish their memories of Mary.
The family members wish to thank the entire staff at The Terrace Elderly Care facility on Cutten Road and the Hospice Organization for the care, gentleness, kindness and understanding given to their loved one.
