Mary retired from Houston Association of Credit Management with many years of service.
Preceded in death by her husband, Clarence H. Cook and son, Ronald W. Cook. Survived by sons, Gregory S. Cook and wife, Jan, and Cary A. Cook; grandchildren, Dustin, Cody, Carly, Cameron and Elizabeth Cook. Also surviving are great-grandchildren and sister, Ora Thompson.
Private services will be held in Wing, Alabama.
