Jacqueline Ann The day before I saw the obituary on line,I thought of you and your mother as I drove by the Broadmoor house. I got to know Martha while up here with Ruth for golf tournaments. I was enchanted then. Some years later we shared an incredible plane flight from Houston to Colorado Springs made tolerable by Martha's sense of humor. As she left the plane, she said "I hope my rental car isn't red!" I will my encounters with her. Tommy Lee

Karen, so sorry to hear of Mom's death! I hope she was comfortable at the end. I know how much she hated being a patient! I picture her as beautiful and intact in every way again, now in a better place. I hope you can get comfort from all of the pictures and memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time!

Charles, Janne, Karen----Carolyn and I will have you in our thoughts. There will be a lot of wonderful times to be remembered with you and your family. I will miss the cards your mother would send to me addressed to Geo. Washington on the 22nd of February my birthday.
