she was 85 years old. Maria was married to Jesus Díaz for 58
remarkable years. Their love stood the test of time, it was
impossible to see one without the other. The love that they
shared is one to be emulated, respected and admired.
Maria lived a blessed life full of laughter, joy and happiness.
Years ago, Maria and Jesus came to America to provide a
better life for their family. They made many sacrifices along the
way but their journey was successful because they got to see
their 7 children grow up to live productive lives.
Maria loved her family very much and she was proud of each
and everyone. She shared a special relationship with all of her
children, and husband. Maria was a selfless person who
always cared more for others and was extraordinary in
remembering birthdays and special occasions. She had an
amazing memory!
Maria had such a charming, magnetic personality, she could
relate to everyone. She touched the lives of so many people
with her tender loving care. It is painful to see Maria go, but we
know she is in heaven smiling, watching over us and caring for
us. Maria will be truly missed, but she leaves behind a legacy
full of love, her sunshine, and cherishable memories. Thank
you Maria for being such a beautiful human being, we will see
you later and you will be in ours hearts FOREVER!
Happy Birthday and Happy Homecoming!
