Maria N. Arevalo, 87, peacefully passed away on Monday, July 15, 2019. She was born December 6, 1931 in San Juan Del Rio, Durango Mexico to Maria Retana Quinones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alejandro Arevalo Martinez. Maria is survived by her children, Julio Castillo and wife Lupita, Eduardo Castillo-Retana and wife Lali, Alejandro Alberto Arevalo and Linda, Antonio Armando Arevalo and wife Julie; 2 brothers, Franscisco Arreola and Gilberto Romero; sister Bertha Kamine; 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo 2516 Navigation Blvd. Houston, TX 77003. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church 4918 Cochran St. Houston, TX 77009. Interment will follow at San Jacinto Memorial Park 14659 East Fwy. Houston, TX 77015.
