Marguerite H. Fleming, 79, of Houston, Texas passed away on April 17, 2015. She was born in Delhi, Louisiana on January 10, 1936 to George and Roberta Holloway. She will be remembered for her outgoing and lovable nature. Marguerite never met a stranger; everywhere she went she would run into someone she knew. Above all, she loved her grandkids and enjoyed spending time with family. She was faithful to her daily Bible devotion time and enjoyed her word search puzzles. Her creative and loving spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved.
Marguerite is preceded in death by her son, Russell Farrar and her daughter, Cynthia Larson. She is survived by her son, Robert Fleming and his husband Callum Hiller; daughter-in-law, Barbara Farrar; grandson, Chad Larson and his girlfriend Kaylan Keleshian; granddaughters, Hailey, Alexxis and Emily Fleming-Hiller; great-grandson Wyatt Larson; and sisters, Dorothy Bielski, Anita Dayne Sargent and Phillis Wiseman and her husband Glenn. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 24th from 5-8PM and Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 25th at 2PM, both will take place at Pat H. Foley Funeral Home. Committal service will follow at Woodlawn Garden of Memories. After all services, friends and family are invited to gather at Café Adobe in the Marq’E Center at I-10 and Silber to celebrate the life of Marguerite H. Fleming.
