Marcos comenzó en la Escuela Primaria Gardens a la edad de 5 años y se graduó a la edad de 19 de la Escuela Secundaria de Pasadena. Durante sus años escolares le encantaba practicar la mayoría de los deportes; fútbol, baloncesto e incluso corrió a campo traviesa. Era un atleta muy hábil y sorprendente. Marcos tenía una membresía en el gimnasio Fitness Connection, donde le encantaba hacer ejercicio y luego ir a casa y comer las tortillas de harina caseras de su madre. Era una persona muy feliz, le encantaba salir y ser libre. Siempre estuvo ahí para ti a su manera. Siempre estaba cuidando bien a su madre, hermana y hermano y lo seguirá haciendo como el angelito de Dios.
A Marcos le precedieron en la muerte su abuelo materno, Juvencio Méndez Solis.
Quedan para atesorar su memoria su madre, Rosa Méndez; padre, José García; padrastro, Jesús Cantú; hermana, Yaretzy Alejandro y hermano, José Alejandro.

Marcos Manuel Alejandro, age 19, of Pasadena, Texas passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022. Marcos was born June 1, 2003 in Galveston Texas to Rosa Mendez and Jose Garcia.
Marcos started in Gardens Elementary at the age of 5 and graduated at the age of 19 from Pasadena High School. During his school years he loved to play most sports; football, soccer, basketball and even ran cross country. He was a very skilled and amazing athlete. Marcos had a gym membership at Fitness Connection where he loved to workout and then go home and eat his mom's homemade flour tortillas. He was a very happy person, he loved to go out and be free. He was always there for you in his own way. He was always taking good care of his mother, sister and brother, and will continue to do so as God's little angel.
Marcos is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Juvencio Mendez Solis.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Rosa Mendez; father, Jose Garcia; step-father, Jesus Cantu; sister, Yaretzy Alejandro and brother, Jose Alejandro.
Serving as pallbearers: Jose Garcia, Jesus Cantu, Jose Alejandro, Homero Mendez, Horacio Mendez, Adan Trigo, Angel Serrano, Jose Olvera and Michael Del Valle.
