Lorri was an adventurous spirit and an artist at heart. She had the biggest heart, always ready to help someone out when they needed help. Lorri always had a soft spot and love for all animals and had many pets over the years. She was the person to call when a friend had a problem with their computers, as she was a computer whiz. She was also an amateur inventor who was always tinkering in the garage and had many ideas that she wanted to patent. Lorri loved to sculpt clay, sketch and paint. She has many pieces of her own art at home. Lorri loved to hang-glide, sky-dive, scuba dive, horseback ride and rock climbing in her earlier years. She had a deep love and appreciation for the outdoors, and loved riding motorcycles. She was a bit of a tom-boy in that she preferred to work on a car engine rather than to dress up and go shopping. Lorri LOVED music. She loved to go driving in her car and turn the music up loud. She wanted to learn how to play the guitar, the drums, and was teaching herself how to play the saxophone....which she was becoming pretty good at. Lastly, Lorri also loved photography, always looking to take the perfect picture. She has a collection of photographs from over the years and she has a great collection of old cameras.
Lorri was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Doug Roberts; her sister, Joni Starks; her maternal grandparents, Willis and Helen Smith and her paternal grandparents, Jesse and Ethel Roberts. She is survived by her loving husband, Mike Fontenot; her aunt Agnes Swick and her cousin Cheryl Loveday, both of Arizona; cousins Mike and Kathy Swick, as well as other loving relatives and friends.
