Lori Ann Graves, 63, passed away too soon, Sunday, August 25, 2019. Lori was born August 17, 1956, in Oakland, California, grew up near Springfield, Missouri and was a long term resident of San Antonio, TX, however she was recently a resident of Houston, TX since 2014.
She was a Hearing Officer at the Houston Housing Authority.
She is survived by her children, Tanya Hernandez (Shawn); Thomas Mendez; her grandchildren, Jordan Hernandez, Jonathan Hernandez, and Shyann Hernandez; her fiancée, Patrick McClintock; her brother David Graves (Cyndi); her nieces, Kathryn Graves, Jennifer Salvato (Vince), Lauren Graves and numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Max and Carol Graves.
Lori loved to spend time with family and friends, traveling, attending sporting events, fishing, and swimming. She was a thoughtful, generous person and had a wonderful smile that could light up a room. She was our sunshine and will be dearly missed.
