Linda Kay Biggerstaff

Linda Biggerstaff was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to many. Linda passed away on July 21st, 2023 at the age of 77 after a long battle with medical complications after suffering a stroke.

Linda was born to Tom Jones and Henrietta Shown in Houston, Tx on November 13th, 1945, and was raised in the Heights area. Linda worked in the insurance business until her retirement in 2011. Linda dedicated her life to the lord and could often be found in one of the front few rows at Lakewood Church which she joined on Mother’s Day of 2005. Linda was an active volunteer in church where she dedicated countless hours in prayer groups and service to others. Linda enjoyed life, Linda loved the lord and most of all Linda loved her family including her precious grandbabies.

Linda is survived by her daughter Tracie Shown Watson, her son Robert Johnson, Granddaughter Rachel Boatman, Grandson Jacob Tippie, and Great Grand Children, Levi, Landon, Michael, and Evie. Several nieces and nephews and extended family also survive Linda.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 27th, 2023 at 12:30 pm at the Heights Funeral Home located at 1317 Heights Blvd, Houston TX 77008. Following will be a graveside service at 2:00 pm at Brookside Memorial Park located at 13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston TX 77039
