Lilia G Lopez, 93, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018. She was born on March 21, 1925, in Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Julian Gonzalez Salinas and Dolores Gonzalez Gonzalez. Lilia was a stay at home mom who raised nine children on her own and was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include daughters Marilyn Lopez and Peggy Lillian Garcia and husband Juan Carlos, sons Sal Lopez, George Benedict Lopez and wife Carmen, Philbert Lopez and wife Lisa, Adrian David Lopez and wife Michelle, Hector Gregory Lopez and wife Dora and David Dominic Lopez, sister Concepcion Martinez, brother Ignacio Gonzalez and wife Rebecca ,18 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Lilia was preceded in death by her parents, son Michael Gabriel Lopez, grandson David D Lopez Jr, son-in- law Robert Reyes, 6 brothers and 2 sisters.
Visitation will be held May 19 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and May 20 from 5pm to 7pm with Rosary Service at 7pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home 13001 Katy Frwy Houston TX 77079.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 21st at St Joseph Catholic Church 1505 Kane St. Houston, Texas. 77007. Committal Service following at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home 13001 Katy Frwy Houston, Texas 77079.
