LaTonya Riley

LaTonya Calhoun Riley was born in Atlanta, Georgia on February 13th, 1964 to Julia Calhoun and James Holt. LaTonya Riley passed away on January 23th, 2016. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She met the love of her life, Darryl Scott Riley after his discharge from the U.S. Army in 1986. Married July 30th, 1988, they began their life together in Atlanta.

To this union were born two children: Alexander Riley and Jordan Riley. In August 2005, the family relocated here in Houston, TX where they have resided until her passing.LaTonya had a passion for children and worked as a school counselor at Beckendorff Junior High School in the Katy Independent School District. She loved the children and all her co-workers at her school.

The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, any donations be given to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
