Kenneth met his love of his life Frances Louise Overmyer in Houston, Texas and married on September 10, 1955. For 20 years he worked for Belo Tank Xpress as a truck driver. Kenneth had a passion for motorcycles.
He is preceded in death by his wife Frances Burns; son Robert Burns; and grandson Charles Burns.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter Deborah Faye Burns; sons Kenneth Wayne Burns Jr., and Charles Edwin Burns; 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers Charles Burns, Kenneth Burns Jr., Kenneth Burns III, Robert Burns, Michael Burns, Lonnie Gipson, Pat Thies, Mark Shoan, and Fred Knoll.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM. A burial will occur Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Brookside Memorial Park.
