Born in Houston, Texas, November 29, 1982, Kelly was a vivacious, passionate and extremely talented young woman who lived her days with intense and contagious joy. Kelly will be remembered for her one-of-a-kind laugh, faithful spirit, vibrant presence, and a heart that beat only for others. She radiated with unmatched uniqueness and individuality which made her a person others seamlessly gravitated towards.
Though Kelly received her Cosmetology License shortly after graduating high school; she was currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, and wished to work in the healthcare field. While a student, Kelly held concurrent positions as Collections Manager at Shabana Motors in Houston, Texas and Barista at Starbucks of Kroger’s in Sugar Land, Texas.
Kelly was a devoted and faith-filled member of Lakewood Church. She is survived by her mother; Debbi Danley, her sister; Katie Danley, her K9 daughter; Kyla, her Aunt; Stephanie Scott, her cousin; Felice Branscum and husband Gant; her second cousins; Coleman and Cramer Branscum, and innumerable friends.This lovely angel was taken far too soon, but called home by God to join her beloved Gran and fulfill her divine purpose.
A visitation will take place on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home between 4pm and 7pm. A celebration of Kelly’s life will take place on Monday, May 2, 2011 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home at 11am with an interment to follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
