Judy Washington went to be with the lord on October 5, 2021. She was born on December 17, 1949 in Kansas City. She graduated from Mayfield High School and received her diploma. She then married Sammy Earl Washington on June 21, 1975.
Judy had her own in-home day care and would watch many children for years. Judy was a member of Greater True Light Missionary Baptist Church. Her Pastor was Theophilus O. Berry. Judy had a passion and love for children, sewing, and cooking (Especially her pound cakes).
She survived by her husband Sammy Washington of 47 year’s. Her two daughters; Tiesha Davis, and Stacy Washington, son -in -law; Roderick Davis Sr., four grandchildren; Roderick Davis Jr., Brooke Davis, Tobias Davis, and Tyre Wilson, three great-grandchildren; Isa Davis, Isaac Davis, and Iman Davis, three brother’s; Willie Shelton, Roy Shelton, and Don Webb, one sister; Lille Webb, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, & uncles.
