He lived his early years in Puerto Rico and St. Thomas, VI-USA. He came to the USA with his family and graduated from Clemente High School in Illinois. He served 3 years in the US Army and 15 years in the National Guard. He was married to Debbie Martinez for 41 years. He loved playing computer games and long conversations with his family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, (Leona); grandmother, (Marie); uncles, (Alphonso, Roland and Hugo) and beloved cousins.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie; sister, (Virginia/ Earl); brothers, (James/Susan, Roland, Cleveland, and Euclid/ Minelda); aunts, (Doris, Cecilia/ Larry) and a host of family and friends.
The three words that best describe Juan: Laughter Faith and Family.
Those special memories of you will always bring a smile and wish for a little while longer to hear your voice. You always meant so very much and the fact that you are no longer here will always cause us pain but you’re forever in our heart. Rest Papote in the arms of My Lord Jesus.

A memorial service for Juan will be held Monday, April 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
