Jose C. Savala, 94, passed away June 27, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Antonia; sons, Rey Hernandez and wife Sara, Joe Savala and wife Dulce, Mark Savala and wife Oralia; daughters, Janie Calderon, Nora Lopez and husband Davis, Esther Valadez and husband Adan; 23 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. Visitation at 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with an evening service at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2013 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
