Jose Simon Salinas, March 16, 1941. Born in Donna, Texas, lived his adult life in Houston, Texas. Retired from United Postal Service. Preceded in death by son Steven Salinas.

Survived by mother, Maria Guadalupe Sanchez, sister Palmira Sabrano, brother Michael Sanchez, son Simon Salinas III (Anjy), Sylvia Gonzalez, and Sara Gwosdz (Chris). Grandchildren; Miranda Bryant (Keith), Christopher Salinas (Stefanie), Katherine Beth Ware (Jason), Gabriel Gonzalez (Jackie), Marcos Gonzalez, Vincent Gonzalez, Alexander Gwosdz, and Katherine Gwosdz. Three great grandchildren.

Forest Park Lawndale 6900 Lawndale Viewing 5pm Rosary 7pm Funeral Friday at 1pm
