Jose A. Salazar Perez, Sr., 80, passed away Monday, June 11, 2012 to be with his wife, Concepcion Ninfa Perez in heaven celebrating eternal life together. He survived by his daughters Beatrice Hernandez, Antonia Romero, Delia Carruth, and Monica Fuentes; sons, Daniel V. Delgado, John M. Delgado, Joe A. Perez, Jr., Benito Delgado, Abel Delgado, and Richard V. Delgado; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; his pets, Dolly, Chico, and Blackie, and extended family and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a 7:00 P.M. Rosary to be recited. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Interment immediately following service at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
