Jordan Rey Capuchino, age 20, of Houston, Texas passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Jordan was born in Houston, Texas on November 5, 2001 to parents Laura Capuchino and Joel Capucnhino. Jordan graduated from Mac Arthur High School class of 2021 and received his diploma.
Jordan worked as a shift leader at Walgreens for one year. He had a passion playing football and basketball. Jordan was a caring, bright, loving, strong and respectful young man with a big heart. He was known for always lending a hand in need and never missed an opportunity to be helpful and generous. Jordan was a protector who always had a smile on his face.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather Lino Gudino; great grandma Delfina Hernandez; great grandfather Robert Capuchino Sr.; cousin Valerie A. Herrena.
He survived by his parents Joel and Laura Capuchino; brothers Joseph and wife Brenda Capuchino, John and wife Stephanie Aguirre; sisters Abigail and husband Ellis Eddington, Amanda Capuchino, Danielle Valle; nieces and nephews Mason, Kennedy Aguirro, Aniyah, Elani Eddington, Valerie, Max, Nathan Capuchino; grandmother Irene Gudino; grandparents Robert and Adela Capuchino Jr.; uncle Rey Gudino, Robert and Christina Capuchino III; cousins Bryanna Capuchino, Alec Capuchino.
A visitation for Jordan will be held Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 at Brookside Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 30, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran St., Houston, TX 77009. A graveside service to follow from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
Serving as pallbearers are Joseph Capuchino, Alec Capuchino, Ellis Eddington, Agustin Ponce, Kevin Guevara, Michael Lopez, Evan Guerra and Stephen Guerra.
