Joel "Jojo" Guerra, III, entered into this world on May 13, 1995. He was born to proud parents, Joel Guerra and Noemy Rios - Guerra. Jojo leaves behind two brothers Javian and Jay Guerra; girlfriend Alexa Martinez who all love him more than words can express.
JoJo graduated from Cypress Spring High School in Katy, Texas. He had a passion for fishing, basketball, shoe collecting, and the word of God.
On May 22, 2016, JoJo was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as his savior. He was an active member at Pentecostals of Katy. He enjoyed teaching youth ministry and reading his Bible with his brothers.
On September 11, 2021, JoJo returned to the loving arms of Jesus Christ, and will be missed by his family and friends. Special prayer dictated by father Joel Guerra, Jr. John 3:16. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.
A visitation for Joel "JoJo" will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX. 77039. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM at The Sanctuary of Houston, 4400 Fulton St, Houston, TX 77009.
