Joe Diaz, 66, of Corpus Christi, TX was born February 25, 1949 and passed away November 2, 2015. Joe is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Diaz, and nephew, Justin Longoria. He is survived by his Mother, Hortencia Garcia; sisters Dora Torres, and Rosalinda Rodriguez and husband Ernesto; Brothers Jerry Diaz, David Garcia, and Larry Longoria and wife Libby, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
