Tuesday, August 30th at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway (at Lauder Road), Houston, Texas 77039. Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Chapel Service that will start at 10:30 a.m.
After the Chapel Service, those that wish to make the trip are encouraged to leave by Noon. We will be stopping for lunch at Lone Star Charlie's Family Restaurant, 4591 US-59, Livingston, Texas 77351. We should arrive there around 1:00 p.m. and need out by 2:15 p.m.
The Graveside Service will be at the Gravel Ridge Cemetery, which is located west of Nacogdoches on FM 225, and is approximately 4.4 miles from Loop 225 and US-59 (Durst Rd. Exit). GPS doesn't provide a street address, however if you put Grave Ridge Church into the search, it brings up the directions. The timing of the Graveside Service is estimated to be between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Everyone who plans to attend the Graveside Service needs to dress comfortably. We would love to see y'all and hug y'alls necks no matter what you wear and being we are in Texas and this is August. However, the Chapel Service in the morning may be cold, with their air conditioning on, so just know it doesn't matter what you wear if you want to come, come comfortably dressed.
When someone touches your life and their love is embedded in your heart, they are never far from your thoughts and always remain with you wherever you are. These LOVES are our treasures that we can store up in Heaven, they are our most prized possessions, they are not bought, sold, traded, or acquired from any transaction of material things or favors, but rather the WAY that Jesus intended for us to know and understand what unconditional love truly is.
I will always retain her in my heart and thoughts.
My memories are many, as love truly endures all things including time and space between...
Thank you all for your condolences, thoughts, and prayers!!!
May each of you be blessed with an abundance of LOVES!
