Jesse Briseno, 87, of Houston, Texas, entered into rest April 20, 2018. He was born in Beaumont, Texas on September 8, 1930 to parents Julian and Otila Briseno. Jesse enlisted in the United States Air Force where he proudly served his Country. He had a passion for auto mechanics, helping his son with renovation projects and landscaping, but above all, his true passion was his family. Jesse always found comfort in helping those in need. He loved to have his coffee and visit with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving son, Marc Anthony Briseno whom he adored, sisters Teresa Jay Briseno, Aurelia Briseno, brother George Briseno, along with many other loving relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by six sisters, Maria delaLuz Palomino, Ramona Delgado, Maria Elena Campos and three infant sisters. Also preceded in death by four brothers, John Briseno, Simon Briseno, Julian Briseno Jr. and Jose Briseno.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 4, 2018 from 10:00am to 12:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 12:00pm at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038. A committal service will take place at 1:30pm at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038.
