Jeremy graduated from St. Thomas High school then later graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration.
He worked as a Data Operations Engineer at Texas Children’s Hospital for 24 years.
He was actively involved in The Knights of Columbus at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
Jeremy is preceded in death by his Father Salome T. Rangel. His Grandparents Ruth and Charles Castillo and Antonia and Julius Rangel.
He is survived by his wife Evangelina Rangel and 3 children Jeremy Jr, Victoria and Nicolas Rangel. His mother Mary Alice DeLeon, sister Bernadette and husband Heath Burttschell and their two children Bauer, and Brynn Burttschell.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023 on October 12, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 6:30 PM. The funeral Service will occur Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. The committal service is to follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. The reception will be held at Forest Park Lawndale in the Magnolia Suite from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
