Jan was a long-time resident of Houston. She passed at home in Missouri City on Sunday, December 16, 2018, surrounded by family.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Kunkel; sister Jeanne Soprano; daughters Kelly Fantich and Connie Brooks; niece Dianne Clookey; son-in-law Roy Brooks; grandsons JT Hernandez and Jakob Hernandez; granddaughter Lauren Redwine; great grandson Shane Redwine and great-granddaughter Mia Redwine.
Family and friends will gather to remember her and share stories of her life at memorial services at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home on Saturday, December 12. Visitation is at 9 AM. Service is at 10 AM with a reception to follow.
