One thing I forgot to mention is that the birds & cats will certainly miss Jim as well.  He would drive in on Sundays just to make sure they didn't miss a meal.  He was very kind to all living creatures.  I live a few blocks away from where Jim had his business on Waugh Drive & just to let you know Jim, they are now coming to my house and getting fed.

I did business with Jim for many years & it was always a pleasure.  He was most fair in his business and the world needs more people like him.  He will surely be missed.

I am so very glad to have gotten to know Mr. Reed.  My experience was always a good one at his shop and always had a chance to visit with a neighbor or two.  I went to visit the new shop on Yale and was comforted by the fact he had some good business neighbors to watch after him, including a Mexican restaurant. I'll miss him very much. Jim you will be greatly missed. I loved you so much for taking care of me when no one else would even talk to me. When folks asked you why you helped me you always told them "Well someone has to". The angels are messing with you I am sure. HA!            R.I.P. my dear friend. I iss you already.

The Hamilton and Hill families have enjoyed doing business with the Reed family for many years.  Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this time of loss.

Such a generous, courteous and kind neighbor of everyone around him.  He always spoke well of his family and was very proud of his home and business.  I knew him for over 15 years and will certainly miss him.  I want Patty and the  family to know that others feel their loss and wish them every comfort in their grief.

Gone but not forgotten, I enjoyed Jim a lot he was always nice to me. Bless his soul, he will be missed.
