James W. Adams

James W. Adams, age 83, of Splendora, Texas passed away on Thursday January 25, 2018. James was born May 21, 1934. He was married to Jean Adams on May 25, 1953. Through their union the two of them had three children. James worked a career as a millwright and belonged to the Millwright Local Union 2232.

James is survived by his wife of 64 years, Jean Adams; children and their spouses Mike and Bille Adams, Rick and Connie Adams, Mark Adams and Julie Gunn, siblings and their spouses Bill and Nelda Adams and Linda and Larry Thompson, grandchildren Angie, Mindy, Mark, Tori, Maegin, Beth, Dusty, Bo, Chase and great-grandchildren Curtis, Mariah, Cameron, Trinity, Hailie, Sarah, Keegan, Paisley, Priscilla, Harper, Emma, Dalton, Hagen, Caden and LouCasey.

James was preceded in death by; parents Lucille Barlow Adams and Holden Adams and grandson, Cody Adams.

A visitation for James will be held Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, the funeral service will be at 12:30 pm followed by the committal service at Brookside Memorial Park.
